I had one in the Longhorn car park on the 192 last December, and he also wanted $14 for his car's puncture repair (he had more chance of getting a whale up his rear).

Ha, our guy was walking around with some sort of hose, for his delivery van. I hope to see him again, and then I’ll be OMG, are you STILL here? Did nobody help? 🤣🤣
