Great service from Disney

We lost our nerve and cancelled our cruise before they did and lost some money as were something like 50 days out and had paid in full. When the cruise was finally cancelled they refunded the money we lost even though they didn't have to. I didn't even know they had done it- I read a post on one of the cruise groups where it had happened to someone else and when I checked our account it was there. All of the bookings we have had direct with DCL or Disney have been no hassle to sort with refunds in less than a week. Reminded us of one of the reasons we always go back- good customer service (mostly&#128522 Just wish we could have booked another one by now but still waiting to hear what's happening with timings of A levels and BTECs next year and then Uni (hopefully) for DS. Can't wait to get back on one of those Disney cruise ships ❤️ (Should have been on Castaway Cay today with a few others on here ☹️)
