First trip!

Thinking about taking the plunge and booking our first trip. Looking at 23rd-30th October staying at POFQ.
I have found flights on BA's website for £600 each. I know I could get them cheaper but I like the idea of the outbound flight connecting through Dublin and the return flight is direct which as I will be back at work the very next day sounds like a good plan. I also like the idea of booking direct with BA rather than through a 3rd party.
Any thoughts on the price?
I'm assuming if we book the flights and then have to cancel (partners AL is not confirmed yet although very likely) we would loose all the money?

Also just seen flights through a 3rd party for just over £500. They are through Tripsta/budget air or go to gate. Anyone ever book through them? The change at Boston is only 2hrs 30mins outbound, is that enough?

Have you looked at the fly drive prices? Can often work out cheaper and you don't have to take the car...plus booking direct with BA it's a £300 deposit so if you need to cancel you only lose the deposit rather than the whole amount.

Is that deposit information only apply to the fly drive?
Just looked at the fly drive it's a couple hundred more and we don't want a car but thanks for the information.

Yes, deposit is only for fly drives. That's a shame it's more, it usually works out cheaper, lots do it this way and don't bother to pick the car up at the airport

I have taken the plunge and booked it!
Booked direct with BA in the end as I liked that security, changing in Dublin on the way out and direct on the way back.
Now just need to book the accommodation.

Disney should be releasing a free nights offer anytime now so keep an eye out.

No only flights, we don't want a car.
AL has been confirmed now though so that's ok.
