Would love to do 3 weeks in Florida to get a few more rest days in between the park ones however could never have 3 weeks off work
The longest we have managed is 17 days and we weren't ready to come home!
10/11 days is ideal for a European break.

At the moment with our dog I limit our trips to 2 weeks which is long enough for him to go to kennels.

I will probably do longer when we no longer have him - we really want to do Australia but need at least 3 weeks and would prefer a month so that will have to wait.

For America ideally no less than 18 days , next summer to Florida I'm hoping for 21-24 nights

However I'm off to North Carolina for a week in October and Miami for 4 nights in November but they are both mainly trips to go racing and see friends rather than proper holidays .

It really depends on the destination.

For a UK holiday it would be between 3 and 7 nights and for another European holiday it would be 7-10 days. I like around 17 days for Florida and 2 weeks for other destinations.

Depends where for us!

Europe hotel 10 days

Florida 3 weeks is what we are doing next year as 16 nights last year wasn't enough!

We did 6 weeks in Australia and could of easily had a few more weeks.

Dh and I are going to Las Vegas in a few weeks for 9 nights, would prefer a bit longer but don't want to leave the kids any longer than we are (nanny is staying!)

Dh really struggles to switch off and relax from his job. He usually needs 3/4 days to relax properly, the difference in him is amazing after a few days, he always looks so much younger by the end of the holiday! Sadly he loves his job and thrives on the stress.

We do have plans once we retire to do a round the world cruise for 3 months and spend the winter in Florida

Always 3 weeks to Florida, but next year I am doing a fourth week (but the first week)with the kids as my husband only wants to do 3 but some of my kids have 10 weeks off in the summer so i thought I might as well occupy them in Disney :-)

It really depends on the destination. We've done three weeks in Florida before now (offsite) and it could have done more. On the last holiday we had nine nights onsite and that felt long enough for DH.

As long as possible! We usually go for 3 weeks, 2 never seems enough. We went for 32 nights once and that was brilliant!
If we holiday in Europe we tend to go for 2 weeks. Unless we are cruising, then we like to have a week somewhere when we get off the ship.
