Thanks everyone it seems nothing much has changed.

It's just so odd and I cant believe that we are over a week without news, or at least another email to say we are working on things still.
Now the news about resort guests having no guaranted entry to anywhere I'm not impressed. If it wasn't for my family I would ditch Disney now and start planning your universal but sadly they still have their hearts on visiting galaxy's edge.

8th July - 20th July. We received cancellation emails last week but not for every reservation however when I logged onto MDE there are no reservations at all.

Floridatilly everyone’s ADRs have been cancelled we know that. This thread is asking if your Dining Plan has been removed from your MDE?

From what I can gather, Disney have cancelled all ADR's and reservations and US visitors have had their DDP removed.

The UK guests still have their DDP showing on MDE so there is a possibility that the reason the UK guests havent received 35% discount is because their DDP may still stand?

If the UK guests are as much of a minority as people on here say, perhaps letting UK guests keep the DDP will allow Disney to keep using it with a small portion of guests as a manner of crowd control?

I can't see that happening. The Americans will hit the roof if it does (it'll be all over social media so they will find out) and Disney won't want to annoy its biggest market.

Have you got a source regarding resort guests not having a guaranteed park entry?

The latest info posted on the UK Disney website over the weekend confirms the DDP will be cancelled (sorry as a new member I cant post link). I think its just a case of waiting to see what offer/discount/cancellation terms Disney will offer to UK guests and if TAs will honor them.

This the response to my email request information or a timeframe of when we will hear:

Thank you for contacting Walt Disney Travel Company International.

We know that you may have questions regarding recent park and product announcements at Walt Disney World® and how it may impact your holiday later this year. Information and safety announcements regarding COVID-19 potential impacts are being updated frequently. On 29 May, we emailed all Guests advising the following;

“Following the recent announcements about the reopening of the Walt Disney World Resort we are sure that you may have questions about how this affects your booking. We are writing to assure you that we are working diligently to be able to provide answers to all of your questions as quickly as possible. As soon as we have more information about how these changes affect your booking we will be in contact to advise you of the options that are available. We kindly request that you wait for us to email with more information and to not call us, as we will unlikely be able to answer your questions at this time.”

As of today, we do not have any updates at this time to address your current questions and kindly ask that you wait for your next email that will provide you with additional information. Your patience and understanding is greatly appreciated while we work to welcome you back to the Walt Disney World Resort.
