Our LGW to TAMPA outbound is going ahead but our return flight (TAMPA to LGW) was cancelled, they offered us a return flight 1 day earlier... not ideal. I phoned BA & they have moved our return flight from MCO to LGW instead and we will not lose a day of our holiday, the hire car will now be collected from Tampa and returned to MCO airports at their cost. This actually worked better for us as we're doing a road trip anyway

Our April flights have just been cancelled and automatically rebooked for the day earlier. This isn't suitable though so will have to change, though I think we may just cancel completely until 2022.
We only paid a deposit with BA but bought park ticket outright direct with Disney so thats my biggest concern. |

Does anyone have a number to contact BA regarding these changes? I’ve tried calling the number in the email I received but it just tells you they’re busy and to call back.
My outbound flight has been cancelled and they’ve rebooked us on the earlier flight however this takes off from Gatwick before our flight arrives from Edinburgh. |

If you have a look at the Coronavirus page on ba.com there is a small blue box appears in the bottom right hand corner marked "Start Chat". It will take you to the online chat facility. It might take 2 or 3 comments to get past the chat bot but it worked well during the last round of cancellations.
Try this link and I hope it works:- britishairways/en-gb...st-information |

My flight times have been tweaked for next October, but not cancelled. Should that be the only changes I should expect?

Went through the chat link above and a refund was offered and accepted in 3 mins. It will be back on my card in 10 days. Brilliant service. Roll on 2022!
