Sorry to ask about this again.

Has anyone actually been told that the brs flight has been pulled or is it an assumption given the schedule?

I’ve been told three times by three different people in their poor customer service team that it is still scheduled, they wouldn’t answer by question why it was no longer for sale nor on the flight timetable.

I see today that the flights are now available again in May when I am going but spasmodic in other months . Still very confusing.

What I find strange is that you can go on the 21st or 28th August but not the 7th or 14th.

To me it’s as simple as TUI reducing costs, so 2 flights possibly near capacity, rather than 4 flights half full.
