I've been doing the Fast 800 and making sure I do 10000 steps a day. That has usually meant lots of jumping on my rebounder in front of the telly

I’ve had the Wii fit out just to step on in front of the telly a few nights 😂 it all counts though!

If you don’t mind me asking, whats your average daily meal plans?
I am sticking to 1200 calories per day and finding it hard, in fact I had 1300 today because I was so hungry 🙈

We got it all back out during lockdown 1, but it's been under the tv unit since. Spotted it the other day and it's been a god send! I can do 1300/1400steps in each section of gogglebox

Busy day today - we have the dog now for a couple of weeks so should be able to get the 10,000 steps in easier as he’s a menace 😂❤️

2 more days until weigh in day, 8 hours behind a checkout tomorrow isn’t ideal but we’ll take the dog out together in the morning before I got to work.

Home cooked nandos for dinner tomorrow - definitely doesn’t taste the same but it’s less than half the points 😂
