YouTube Zumba or dance workout
Happy Saturday everyone🤗
I’m bored and fed up of not being able to go to the gym. Can anyone recommend a good Zumba or dance fitness video on YouTube? With good uplifting music. I need a pick me up. Thank you x |

Just done this one. Quite good for people who just want to get up and get moving. |

Think this may be based on the American walking programme by Leslie Sansone? Have you looked at that?

You could do a 14 day free trial to Les Mills online. They have both Shbam and Bodyjam dance programmes but they have loads of other cardio too x

I’ve started doing these since I’ve been doing the dibb weight loss challenge.
I do them on days when the weathers too bad for a walk or if someone is beating me,in our fit bit challenges I’ll put him on,even the 7 min one for 1000 steps if I’m waiting for my tea to cook or something. Tracy x

I've done a few of Rick Bhuller's walking workouts over the last few weeks.
Did the 10000 step one last week. Probably wouldn't do it very often but it was a miserable day and there was no way I was going to head outside. I've started to add his cool down video at the end now. Think it's 7 minutes long. I find my legs start to get very twitchy if I don't tack on a cool down. Restless legs maybe? Edit to add the cooldown Edited at 08:12 PM. |
