I gained a stone, but I am back on the diet to hopefully lose that stone before I go back to the office (most likely September in London) and then to continue to maintain and lose any more llbs I can for my newly moved Disney holiday (From august 2020 to May 2021).

Haven’t weighed myself this week but had to chuck a favourite pair of jeans out they kept falling down and 4 bras went the same way just too big and I’ve been wearing sandals that were on the neat side last year but are now very comfortable and sadly a favourite top has been
Relegated to wearing to bed as it’s just not doing me any favours

I weighed myself today after not bothering for a few weeks and I've lost another 2lbs. That's 34 lbs off since Jan. Fairly certain it would have been more without lockdown though as those long nights in with the chocolate in the fridge calling my name didn't help 😂

Both! Gained about half a stone but I've managed to get it back off now. I've got about another stone to go before I'm a healthy weight.

Not going to restaurants has definitely helped, and we've not been getting takeaways as we prefer to eat in. Will have to keep myself on a tight leash after 4th July!

Pretty much the same weight.

I run every day, averaging just under 6 miles a day and also walk another 6 miles or so with the dog. So far this year, I'm currently averaging 20,500 steps per day.

To be that active and only maintain a weight level requires me to drink most evenings (either 4 cans of cider or a bottle of wine), and consume crisps by the sackload.

If I was able to demonstrate any discipline at all in terms of what I put in my mouth, I suspect I'd have lost weight over the lockdown.

I've gained.

Before Covid lockdown DH would get the shopping and he sticks to the list.

Since Covid, I get the shopping and cannot resist those little treats just calling out to me.

Then I feel guilty, weigh myself and comfort eat because I've been so naughty and out on weight. and so the cycle begins.

I've such a sweet tooth, its driving me battie! AND costing a fortune. All that money saved on petrol now goes to broadband, lighting and food (my snacks)

help

I need to get a grip!
