Renting out points without paypal

I have 160 points (banked from last year) that I was using for a booking in Sept that I have now had to cancel. I am thinking on renting them out. I have a Suntrust account but cant get it linked to my paypal (tried chat but they cant do it, tried email but no reply and tried to phone but nobody in the right department is working!).
Can people in the US do a bank transfer like we can in the UK or any other suggestions of how to avoid exchange fees gratefully received.

There was a post previously (by br'er bear?) On setting up a PayPal in dollars, and using to buy disney e-gift cards from Target, and then using the gift card to pay annual dues. We found this worked really well, and avoided any exchange fees.

It�s the security that PayPal provides that buyers like. I would persist with PayPal, I phoned last month and managed to get my suntrust account linked. It clearly states it was possible online and I didn�t get transferred to a different department the CS agent did it straight away
