Timeshare question

Hi everyone.

Hope this topic is allowed (apologies if not - just let me know).

What are people with timeshares in the US experiencing? My annual fees are coming up and I have a huge amount of points about to expire this year which we haven’t been able to use obviously.

Any tips/suggestions? Feels like it’s money down the drain at this point!

We’re in the same position we are DVC members we will lose 130 points if we can’t go in March. Some are renting out there points who are you with?

I’m with Sheraton Vistana. So annoying and I have no idea what to do!

We're not familiar with any other timeshare but hopefully there would be enough info on their website and who to call for their International members.

The website page for Vistana's NOVEL CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) UPDATES which is at vistana/covid-19
states Log in to view the current COVID-19 cancellation policy.

Otherwise, as they are part of the Marriott group is there a possibility you are a member or can become a member of Interval International where you might be able to swap/exchange your weeks for one closer to home, maybe even the Marriott near to Disneyland Paris? intervalworld
intervalworld/web/my...eProfileOrJoin

The only other webpage we could quickly find is at hub.vacationclub which might have other links which only a member can access.

Good luck and hope you can link up with other Sheraton members, maybe worth posting on the Accommodation forum.
