I can’t compare them but I was happy with my IKEA kitchen and so was my mum with hers.

We found local independents literally half the price of the big names. Might be worth seeing if you can find a small local guy.

In order from top down

Magnet, Wren, B & Q then Ikea.

But look at Customer service as well as that is not the same albeit I still put Magnet at the top.

We fitted our own IKEA kitchen. Very happy with it. It has a long guarantee. They replaced my kitchen tap with a new one and I just showed them a photo of the coating coming off, it had a 10 year guarantee and they didn’t quibble at all.

We are having one fitted by Wickes.
Heard bad things about Wren, things being damaged all the time.

Only know about Wren and Howdens. We are happy with everything in our Wren Kitchen apart from laminate worktops which have scratched on the surface, also the underneath on the worktop infront of the sink has started to absorb water at the seam. DMIL was delighted with her Howden kitchen which I think is much the same quality as our Wren one. However, her laminate worktop has the laminate surface wrapping right round the underside of the worktop for a few inches so water drips don't get absorbed into the seam

We go for a higher quality b&q, our kitchen fitter can design a cracking kitchen and can fit them in his sleep.
Howdens are much more expensive for the equivalent quality
