My main concern with HK at the moment is when the Chinese will allow things to open for foreign travel. Many commentators are suggesting that the earliest will be November 2022 after the party conference. It could be later.

I have been sorting some flights for a Singapore, Cambodia and Vietnam holiday an am avoiding Hong Kong as transit may not be available it depends on the Chinese.

I have been to:
Japan - many moons ago. Fabulous country. We were lucky enough to be there in spring with the Cherry blossoms. A great experience!

HK - have been twice. First time was in August. It was hot but bearable. My son lives there as a student and I think he thought it was worse early in the summer! I really don’t know when they will open up though. He has done there lots of quarantine so far and we hope that next time he goes back (August 2022) he won’t have to as their quarantine is very strict! It is a brilliant city and I worked love to go back! I did 2 sets of 7 days and there are still things on my list!

Bangkok- loved it here. A vibrant interesting city. Definitely would go back to Thailand!

KL - I enjoyed it but have no real need to go back. It is a lovely city but I have seen all I wanted to.
