Barbados PCR test?

For those who have been to Barbados recently can anyone tell me which type of test we would need pre departure? There are so many variations I can’t be sure which is needed as it does state it has to be done by a medical professional. Also any suggestions re firms and where would we get one in the North West UK?

We went in August but I don’t think the pre departure test rules have changed since then. You need a PCR test done by a medical professional in the 3 days before you arrive. We used ExpressTest (the one in Leeds, but there are several around the UK) because they said the results would be back by 10pm the next day, and they were. Boots is another option where the test is done by a professional.

Hopefully we have the same question but fly on the 4th January - a little concerned if we can get testing done so near to New Years Day

We went last month & used Expresstest at Birmingham airport. Drive through PCR. Very efficient
