Dollar...Experience & advice

Sorry, another post from me today

Andy has provided me with a very competitive quote (in the current climate) and Dollar are the cheapest. We have only ever used Alamo and Avis.

What's everyone's experience using Dollar at Miami?

Is there a reason they are significantly cheaper than the rest? In other words, what's the catch

Thanks in advance.

What’s that old expression? Never look a gift horse in the mouth!

Nothing wrong with Dollar. 5 years ago yes, not now.

We picked up a full size car from Dollar in Miami on the 7th November
It’s fully spaced including a working sat nav leather seats etc
It’s not brand spanking new it had 30,000 on the clock but absolutely fine
That was 2 drivers and return empty
Would use them again if price is right

I've used Dollar/Thrifty MANY times. All the big car hire firms offer similar cars and service levels so if Andy has got you the best deal at Dollar, stick with it!
