Maple Manor meet & Greet at Heathrow - where is it?

For the first time ever we are flying from Heathrow. It has come up way cheaper than anything local.

We have booked Maple manor M&G but cannot find where the drop off point is.

Can anyone help?

We’re flying from T3 in a couple of weeks and are using them again. Here are our instructions:

Terminal 3 - (Postcode for Terminal 3: TW6 1QG) After passing through the tunnels (Tunnel road) into Heathrow Airport, follow signs for Terminal 3 Short Stay Car Park At the entrance barrier, take a ticket (please hand this to our Handover Captain ) Drive up to level 4 Park in one of the ‘Off Airport Meet & Greet’ parking bays.

Once parked and unloaded, please lock your car and check in with our Handover Team who are based at our Purple desk in the lift lobby. You will need to confirm your return flight details so please have these to hand. We must have your correct return date and flight number in order to help us avoid any delays in returning your car. Your car will be photographed and taken to our secure car park by one of our experienced drivers, whilst you check in.

I think we are T2 (Virgin). We have a while to go yet but I can't find anything at all on google maps or any paperwork I have been sent.

We are Virgin T3. They were T2 temporarily but moved back to T3 a few weeks ago.

Before You Arrive

DUE TO COVID19 OUR INSTRUCTIONS RECENTLY CHANGED - SO PLEASE READ YOUR DIRECTIONS CAREFULLY ON THE DAY

Please call Maple Parking 01895 544 382 when you are 20 minutes away from the airport to let us know you are near so we can ready our driver to meet you. Then proceed to the meeting reception point in your directions.

On arrival please be sure to have your paperwork and or booking reference ready on arrival so that our friendly staff can identify you. Please also have your return flight details to hand for us to check for your return.

Arrival Instructions

Return Instructions

Since the COVID19 pandemic, it is now necessary for you to PLEASE CALL US ON YOUR RETURN. Once you have landed and have collected your luggage (or have cleared passport control if you have no hold luggage), please call us on 01895 544382 to let us know you have returned so we can deliver your car. Please have the unique barcoded card that you were given on arrival to collect your keys from our Handover team. If you do not have this then we will need to see and take an image of your passport – which (of course) must match the booking name.

Then proceed to the relevant meeting point below:

Terminal 2 – Short Stay Car Park Level 4 – Off Airport Meet & Greet

Terminal 3 – Short Stay Car Park Level 4 – Off Airport Meet & Greet

Terminal 4 – Short Stay Car Park Level 2 – Off Airport Meet & Greet

Terminal 5 – Short Stay Car Park Level 4 – Off Airport Meet & Greet

Other Important Information

If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, any extra days will be charged at £20.00 per day (or part day). No refunds will be issued for part used stays. Payments for extra days must be settled before the vehicle is handed over and if requested a receipt can be sent by email to you. It is the responsibility of the vehicle owner/customer driving to ensure that the vehicle is roadworthy, holds a valid MOT certificate and has a valid Road Fund Licence. Vehicles that are not road legal or safe to drive will be refused. You will be given the option to drive your vehicle to our car park for storage and you will have to make your own way to us on return to collect it. No refunds will be given for illegal vehicles not collected.

Cancellation

Cancellation must be notified prior to the start date of this booking. Successful cancellations will be refunded. If no notice is given then the booking will have to still be charged in full in accordance with our terms and conditions.

We flew back in to T5 on Friday. Heathrow, Maple Manor and Blue Circle meet and greets were all close together at the short stay car park on level 4. We have never done meet and greet before, but it was so easy, we will definitely do it again.
