I had a Ford Focus and changed it for a Kuga (11 plate) my Focus was a petrol and the Kuga is Diesel (2lt) I haven't noticed a difference in the monthly running costs for the Kuga and the car tax is the same as my old Focus. I am loving the Kuga don't like driving my DH's car now.

My DW 1.6 tdi fiesta is supposed to average about 62 it might do if you free wheeled everywhere.

Hi, my husband has a diesel Kuga and lives it, he gets about 40mpg - my verso gets about 45mpg but again diesel. Decided that I don't need a 7 seated anymore so ordered a new Nissan Juke yesterday diesel again woo hoo can't wait x

Had the car for over a week now and I'm loving yet! I'm getting 55mpg at the moment doing rural driving.
