I believe there's a £30 admin fee, per person, per leg of flight.

As previously stated there is supposed to be a £30 admin fee per person, per sector. Whether you’re actually charged that £30 really depends on the agent that you speak to when you make the change.

I’ve chopped and changed our Xmas reward flights so many times since I originally booked them (6 times) as better reward options become available and I only got charged once for 1 flight for 1 person and there are 5 of us travelling.

So it’s just the luck of the draw really.

I was charged £30 per person when we cancelled our New York return flights (not £30 per leg/sector)

Yes, it’s not per sector if you booked a return.
If you booked 2 one ways then it’d be £30 for each one.
Either option would be per person.

I was charged as well £60 for two people to move the flight 2 weeks forward. I thought everyone was charged and never thought to query it. Didn’t realise they let you off sometimes 😮

There wouldn’t be any point in querying it. We are supposed to be charged, it’s just the odd agent doesn’t.

You can haggle!

I just chopped a Miles one way flight for both of us. Wanted to charge me £30 each. I said if they waived it I would pay cash for the return flight. Agreed immediately.
