So you will be pleased to hear that we survived without the carrots, and no one went hungry!

I hope everyone has a wonderful dinner today, whatever that looks like (even those having peas! Lol!) -enjoy! 😍🎄😍

Glad it went well.

It's obviously personal choice and everyone likes different things, imho sweetcorn does not belong anywhere near gravy ... bleurgh!

Thank you x

I agree! - no peas or sweetcorn, but I do like a Yorkshire regardless of the meat! Haha!

We have carrots, peas, sprouts with pancetta, onion rings, we also have Yorkshire puddings, we are having rib of beef but have it whatever meat we have... it’s also lovely with golden syrup (called treacle in our house)... peas can be had with meat or fish... and mint sauce can be had with any meat too...

We had carrot and swede mash, carrots with honey and caraway, sprouts with pancetta and chestnuts, roast parsnips, red cabbage, broccoli and cauliflower cheese and roast potatoes.

Way too much as always!

*Definitely Yorkshire’s with every roast

We had Carrot and Turnip mash, broccoli, cauliflower cheese, sprouts, honey roast parsnips, goose fat potatoes, butter roast potatoes, cheesy sprouts and red cabbage.

The red cabbage (M&S)was left it was not very nice. The cheesy sprouts (Aldi) were absolutely delicious. I’m hoping to find so more.

We did have Yorkshire’s.
