HDMI Cable

We have finally got round to installing a fireplace with the TV over it, I need a long HDMI cable (about 4m) any recommendations for that sort of length or pitfalls to look out for?

unless you are going over 10m or unplugging it regularly then HDMI is HDMI and a cheap cable won't really be any different to a £50+ cable unless its a *really* old one (like made 5+ years ago)

are you plugging into a 4k tv, or is it just normal 1080p? either way, this cable will do the job and is less than £8

If you are burying the cable don’t just use one always have a spare one or two, also make sure they are v2 or to future proof use the v2.1 also make sure they are slightly longer than needed so you can move the source output out. Don’t forget the aerial coax to the tv as well, even if you don’t use it, it is handy to have in.

Not burying it and there will be some slack, I don't have an ariel, I will be connecting to straight to the satellite box and i have ordered an long TV cable as well.
