Tech keyboard question for the mods when posting links?

Busy working on my new trip report and I go between my iPad and my android tablet.

The issue is the iPad since it’s latest upgrade.

These are two identical links

The top one is from the android tablet the bottom one is the iPad.

The iPad link won’t work and it’s all down to the “ which appears to be the wrong way! So the link won’t work. It never used to be like that until I updated my iPad. Any fixes? I much prefer using my iPad.

Been having a check about and I added a different keyboard app to my IPAD. Grammarly. It has the needed " as well as the “. The IPAD standard keyboard now only has “ this won't work. So if looking to add your own links then you may need to change keyboards like I did.

That really only applies if you want to type the code for the links. If you use the icon to insert links and paste the link into the popup box it works fine.

Test "quotes" on iPad.

They are on the standard keyboard

Hold down the quote key and you get all the styles
