DVC Direct - FedEx Envelope!
Hello, we’ve just agreed a small add on contract direct with Disney (squeeee! ) and were sent our docs by FedEx.
They’ve given us a pre-paid envelope to send the docs back but I can’t get my head around how we actually send this back... I appreciate I’m being really thick but if someone could advise that would be great. Do I just take it into the post office or do I need to call FedEx and ask them to come and pick it up? The label also has about 5 layers, what am I supposed to rip off, what am I meant to keep, etc etc. I am a moron. |

The Post Office don’t deal with Fedex. It’s a long time since we returned our direct add-on to Disney via FedEx but I think I rang them for a collection slot. I’m guessing you an do it online now.
The FedEx man who collects will give you the layers you need to keep. |

I had the same problem when I did a direct add on. Someone on here gave me the number for the correct dept at Fed Ex as her husband worked there, and they came to pick it up.

I completed at the end of last year. After calling Fedex they arranged a pick up time and they sorted out the forms
Etc. Make sure the form they have filled out is easy to read. I ended up with a bill as they couldn’t read Disney’s account number - it was a faff to sort out |

As others have said, just call them and they will come and collect it 🙂
