Hash House a Go Go could be on your list as well as Carrabba's, if you're interested in a stylish Italian place with great food and good prices.
Can't speak for Millers on I-Drive but have visited the Rolling Oaks 192 and Championsgate locations. As you say the packed car park is a clue.

One thing we like about Millers is the honesty of the servers. First time we went we chose the Zinger Mountain Melt each and, to be honest, at our age the portions were far too large. Our server suggested just ordering the Zingers and sharing a side of fries.

Imagine in some restaurants the server talking the check and subsequent tip down.

Now we've been about six times and stick with an order of Zingers each and share a portion of cheese fries.
