Thanks
Don’t worry you are fully covered. We have done quite a few fly drives with BA/Avis now and it’s always been very straight forward.

If you've got got AVIS preferred you can go straight to the desk in the garage and you can prepay for fuel there.(guess its the same at the desk in the terminal if you haven't upgraded to preferred)

We have used BA/Avis package twice admittedly out of MIA both times. Yes you can go to desk in garage no problem just have all the paper work ready. Its not pick your own like Alamo the car is allocated but if your not happy just pop back to desk they will change for you.

You can pre-pay for fuel here as well.

Yes you can also add your wife. This is free of charge she does not even have to sign (last time they never even asked to see her licence).

All included insurance is more than enough and has the magic 1 Million SLi.

Only thing i suggest is check your paperwork in full before leaving the garage. They have a little bit of reputation in MCO for adding hidden extras. I don't think this is an Avis specific issue but just keep eye on it.

No, the insurance is what yiu heed and covers the main requirements.
There has been questions against all car hire companies about windscreen repair and tyre repairs, but it’s just the latest way to get extra money.

For CDW, LDW the BA/Avis insurance is full coverage

If you have the Avis app ypu should also be able to see what other cars you can swap with. You just select the one you want on the app.

I don't see anything about this in the app. Where is it?

It will appear once you arrive at MCO (or what ever location you are picking your car up from) if it is offered as long as you have a data connection.
