Are the crowds and heat unbearable in August?

What shuttle bus? Do you mean the Disney buses? Are you staying onsite. We stay in moderates and have never had to wait too long for a bus back after the fireworks. Maybe 10-15 minutes. The line does look longer for All Stars but they have more frequent buses too.

Last two weeks of August are not that busy (US Schools go back earlier than ours) and last time we went crowds were fine with a bit of planning! Heat is very hot of course, but that is why there is aircon everywhere, and for outside you can get the fans, sprays etc. We went 4 years ago and we are going again this August.

Yes, it was busy (although no busier than I recall at Halloween - some days it felt quieter) and not much busier than some days first half of March.

Yes, it was hot. We made use of the pool, daily. We chilled in the afternoon; we took in shows with AC for a bit of respite. We loafed about in Club Cool. We used a fan with iced water in. We used those ‘cold flannels’. Most pictures of me I am perspiring more than I thought possible! We went on water rides; rode the People mover and did other things to avoid the heat of the day.

Was it unbearable? No; I am ginger, youngest is blonde - we don’t deal with heat very well but we adjusted. And we are planning to go back, same time next year, so it can’t have been that bad! 😉

It’s hot and busy but unbearable- not at all. We go then every time and it’s brilliant👍♥️
