Manchester Airport Parking

Sorry if this is the wrong place...

Next week I have to collect a couple of friends coming into Manchester airport.

Problem is, one of them lands at 7.30am, and then other is not in until 12.30pm.

I have tried checking their sites for parking, but it just offers me the normal car parks, and to park for like 6-7 hours they are wanting �33.00.

Does anyone know if there is a "short" stay, where you can pay for a few hours? Even if I have a 20 minutes walk...

Just a thought, but you could park on the street near the Shadowmoss Metrolink station - one stop to the airport.
