Endless summer surfside
Have excitedly booked a week here for end of august this year.
As doing only Disney in November knew I would want my fix As it is a bus journey to the parks from resort is it going to be possible to walk out straight onto I-Drive for some cheaper eats? Thank you |

We have booked there for next summer as well. I’ve had a look at the map and there are quite a few restaurants within easy walking distance such as Denny’s, Chillie’s and Buffalo Wildwings. We aren’t hiring a car so planning on getting tickets for the I Trolley to take us further up I Drive.

We’re staying there in Sept. There’s plenty of places on I-drive, both heading North and South.
There’s an ihop over the road too. The I-ride is also right outside and will be cheap to nip down to The Pointe where there’s loads more food places. |

Yep! One of the advantages of the resort being located where it is I think. Early entry and free shuttle perks but walkable to all the much cheaper chain restaurants. We've just booked for next year

We have booked for this August and there are loads of restaurants nearby along with bahama breeze and Olive Garden not to far south in I drive. Shuttles to the parks and early entry is a huge bonus with the he hotels location.

That end of I-Drive was a little bit shabby so the universal investment up there will no doubt bring it back up. I saw a clip on YouTube recently and it looked better than when we were there 2 years ago.
