Fords looks good
 Never been to Longhorns, may be enticed to make a short walk there for a nice bit of meat

We did Fords on last day and it was wonderful, wish we had gone earlier. Reasonable too.

Ford's Garage is new. There is also a brand new one at the Margaritaville Resort area off the 192 in Kissimmee. Near Vineland per your question, there's also an awesome more upscale buffet restaurant called Gilson's that is totally worth visiting. Outback steakhouse too.
