Evening Magic Hours on Check Out Day

Hi

We have one night stay booked at the campground to take advantage of 60 day fast pass free parking etc.

Our check out day is the 3rd July and Magic Kingdom closes at 12am that night to everyone and then has evening magic hours from 12am until 2am.

Would I be able to take advantage of these evening magic hours even though techinally it would be the 4th July and no longer our checkout day?

As far as I know and if it hasn't changed your time on Disney property as a guest finishes at 12 midnight on the day of checkout.

If I have it right... once you checkout, your time as a resort guest is over. It could very well run till midnight as another poster mentioned, but I'm pretty sure you wouldn't be able to do the EMH for that evening.

You have to scan your magic bands to get on the rides so it’d probably be picked up at that point.

I thought you only scanned magic bands if using the fast pass line.

You can use EMH in the evening of your check out day. However I don’t know whether this will work after midnight?

They scan MagicBands at the normal ride entrance during evening EMH to check you are staying onsite. You cannot use fastpasses during EMH.
