Mobile GoPro

This year on our trip I’m looking to put together a video of our holiday instead of the hundereds of pictures I would take and never look at. I’m not bothered about the first times on all the rides, but some that we will ride a number of times, what are Disney like about using GoPro cameras? for example on a hand mount?

Thanks in advance.

You’ll be fine with the hand mount but you can’t use a selfie stick.

I used a Gopro handler last week with no problems on all the rides, meant to take it to the water parks as well but managed to leave it in the hotel on all three occasions.
The only time anyone said anything was once at security when they asked if it extended or once on Slinky Dog where they told me to make sure it stays within the ride vehicle.

So are we saying that Disney is okay with them as long as they’re not on extendable selfie sticks? The non extending hand held mounts are okay?

Just an idea but what about the water parks?

Hi Whiteside. Spot on! Hand mounts at Disney are fine as long as not extending.

Also fine at Disney water parks but not ok at Volcano Bay.
