Healthy eating cook books
What’s everyone’s favourite? I’ve got the lean in 15 by Joe Wicks, but pretty much exhausted that now. Anything along those lines?

He has a few other books on sale in Aldi at the moment, £5.99, along the same lines as Lean in 15 I think. Might be worth a look.
Tom Kerridge is also good for filling meals that are low calorie.

I like Jamie Oliver's 5 ingredients book - I can't stand recipes with a stack of ingredients... but I did his salmon with olives and chorizo the other night, that was good. A lot of it is all down to portion sizes though - I am terrible for heaping my plate up

I like this book too.
All the nutritional info is stated per dish so it’s easy to find something that suits

Not a book but have a look at Pinch of Nom online they do Slimming World friendly recipes.
I like the Hairy Dieters cook book too.

My brother (DBro !) gave me Joe Wicks' 30 minute meals book for Christmas. Some nice recipes. I've not made any of them yet though 😂
