Teaspoon of cinammon. Fresh coriander. Dark chocolate and a good spponful of chilli powder.
I also add an oxo stock cube and red wine.

The cinammon is a game changer, only discovered it last year.

Rehydrated dried chillis - ancho and chipotle if you can get them. Blend them into a paste. Nothing finer!

Crushed chilli flakes, paprika, cumin, coriander and cayenne pepper. Cayenne pepper only needs a little bit as it is hot!

My dads secret recipe is a teaspoon of cumin, a teaspoon of brown sugar and red wine vinegar. Best chilli ever

Onions, garlic and fresh chillis, then dark choc, ground coriander, ground cumin, smoked paprika, chilli flakes, Worcestershire sauce, bovril, stock cube, dash of vinegar and a pinch or two of sugar

So many options for chilli, I add cinnamon, ground cumin, ground coriander, chilli powder in mine I’ve also added in the cocoa powder and that also works.
