My fiancee proposed in Disney World, she wanted to do it in front of the castle as it would be a great photo. But she knows what I'm like, as much as that would have looked great, I would have hated people watching, and that I'd prefer a more personal, intimate proposal. So after our first full day at WDW in Magical Kingdom, we went back to our hotel which was Caribbean Beach resort. We chilled out at the resort (man made) 'beach' - the sand areas looking out onto the lake. We relaxed in the hammocks and had a really romantic evening, as the sun set, she got on one knee and ask me to marry her. It was perfect, nobody was on the beach and it was really romantic. She had then pre-ordered some champagne with glasses and chocolates that were waiting in our room for us - we then celebrated in the parks for the rest of the trip. Going to one of the many resort beaches would be really special, especially the Poly, if you time it right you could do it there whilst the Happily Ever Fireworks are going off in the background.

What about at the tangled lanterns? find out what her fave Disney movie is and maybe incorporate that into it? eg, if little mermaid, propose in that area? The castle proposal spot is beautiful don't get me wrong, but it is one of the busiest areas and also a very popular area.
