God to hear you had good service. I had dealings with Danny... and whoever the finance woman was.

Awful customer service and would never use them again... in fact... completely regret recommending them to the in laws who used them same year we did in 2012. Would never spend another penny with them.

Awful company!

Fifth time with Charter this year. Only ever book flight and car hire (we use HomeAway for villa) but always the best price. We’ve always flown Virgin and Charter have always beaten the prices of booking the exact same flight/Car as booking with Virgin direct.

The only issue I’ve ever come across with them is they can on times be a little slow replying to emails.

I used Aiden for our last trip 4 years ago , would have used them again but found a good deal through BA.

We are going next week booked through Charter Travel. I was a little nervous as i had read a few iffy reviews but the price was very good. i booked through Leah and anyone i have had an email from at Charter Travel have been really good and efficent. All the paperwork received about 2 weeks ago and all set to go next week.
