Contacting POR

Hi, wonder if anyone can help me, we have 2 reservations booked for POR June 22nd, we would like rooms close to each other, preferably next to each other, how would I contact the hotel to request this please?

I called disney uk to request a ground floor / disabled access room which they were able to add to my booking for POR

You can also fax them room requests. We have done this for our upcoming trip! (using an online fax service, because who actually has a fa machine!)

We used the info on that above website to send them a fax a few days before our stay, and they granted our location request
