Pac-a-mac or non disposable poncho

Hello
Really early to ask but what do you all buy for the down pours? Obviously looking for something waterproof, long enough to keep shorts/too dry. Folds up small enough to not be a nuisance.
Bought Poundland ponchos last year and just stuck to us. I dont want to bin after every use. Walmart Mickey poncho had poppers at side that popped open all the time.

So any ideas for adults and children appreciated
Thanks

Me and the kids have Disney ponchos we bought on our last trip but i’ve Just bought DH a reusable poncho from Home Bargains for £1.49. It’s similar material to ours and will fit in the bag easily, whether he’ll wear it is another matter x

I feel you, first time we went we bought those cheapy poundland ponchos that just stick to you. Nightmare. Second time around we paid for two ponchos at disney and they were fine until (despite drying them out after use) we got them home and found that they had become all mouldy and one had a rip in it.

We're definetly going to buy a cag in a bag or similar from regatta or similar here. Just make sure its waterproof and not just 'shower resistant' though. That alone will make a huge difference in those florida showers.

I bought a pretty Joules pac-a-mac and have taken it on loads of holidays and days out. Joules do lots of site wide offers so if you like them it might be worth keeping an eye out for a 20% or 25% off event.
