Mobile Dollar - skip the counter or similar?

Hi Guys,
We have received our car voucher today from a 3rd party and we are with Dollar this year...
We are hiring a 12 seater mini bus, we have been numerous times, so if I have to go to the counter, I will and wont be taking any extras, but I'm hoping dollar have a straight to garage option rather than counter?

Does anyone know? Thankyou xx

Hi,

Dollar do operate a similar program in the USA but unfortunately it only applies to bookings made direct with them and not for bookings through a third party. They used to have it for third party bookings but it was withdrawn some years ago.
Regards
DF

It’s called Dollar Express but like DISney Freak says, it’s only for customers that book direct with Dollar.

Dollar are rapidly improving in customer surveys such as J D Power.

I may go back to them next year as I am fed up with poor cars in Alamo.

Might be worth emailing Dollar Shaz. Many years ago I joined Dollar Express, then dropped an email with my confirmation number et al/., and they added my hire to my DE account. As freak and plums said, it has changed and they may not add to your account, but nothing ventured 'n all

Dollar have launched something called Dollar Diamond which supposedly allows UK customers to use a dedicated line to speed up collection. No idea if this is in the terminal at the main desk or in the parking lot... Unfortunately that's about as much info as I've been able to gather so far. The registration link I have is register.dollar. Would be useful to hear back from anyone who uses this to see how it works. Has anyone spotted Dollar Diamond line at MCO?

This will be our first time with Alamo in 20 years as we’ve always used Dollar, I’m hoping they have a good choice of convertibles.

That line always seems good. It's the Standard SUVs that are thin on the ground.
Time will tell but I still have a Summer and an Autumn rental. If they are poor I will be gone.

I show loyalty to no company.

It's interesting to note that between 2017 and 2018 in the JD survey the only company to get worse was Alamo.
The big jump was Hertz , Dollar as well has gone from mid 70% a few years ago to just behind Alamo in low 80% satisfaction.
With loyalty programs galore are Alamo no longer the best choice?
