Flights for 2020...

Looking for some information from people that have already booked their flights for next year.

I have managed to find flights today with TC - from Manchester though instead of Glasgow for the 4 of us during Scottish school holidays for £1700 which is £425 each.

I am so tempted to book but trying to tell myself to hold off to see if I can get a flydrive deal!

That seems like a good price, we’ve done the other way round to you going August 2020 from Glasgow instead of Manchester because of school holidays and we paid £2200 for 4 of us with TC

That looks a pretty good deal. However, I would wait until the main scheduled flights are released. Whilst I'm fairly sure Thomas Cook will be fine one way or another, I'm not sure I would be booking with them at the moment over a year out.

Usually I would say hold your nerve I never book before Xmas but for that price even if it drops how much do you think it will drop by ? Not much I would book at that price now then it’s done.

I would wait if I was you. I booked 'early' flights - before 11 months - for less than that for the Easter holidays but I would think you could find cheaper flights from manchester in June.

I booked 4 return direct Virgin eco com classic flights for half term for £1100, checking recently they had more than doubled

Wow. I’d jump at it and it would outweigh the uncertainty of having to wait against possibly saving a few quid...

Pay on credit card for security (with TC situation).

Ps. I’m booked on TC next August...
