Mobile The Bubble , Last row virgin

Hello,

I have seen various things mentioned about the last row in the bubble being a great seat. We fly on Wednesday next week with our little one he will be 2 next Friday. We are currently booked to sit in row 30 downstairs but i noticed the rear row in the bubble is available would you recommend this with a little one? Also are we ok to walk downstairs for him to stretch his legs if we did.

Any advice welcome.

Cheers
Neil

Much quieter up in the bubble. That might be a good thing or a bad thing?

Also you have to pay extra to book seats in the bubble. About £35 per person per way I believe.

But you do get off quite quickly, which could mean a much shorter wait at arrivals.

Yes you're fine to go downstairs and wander around

Equally it's absolutely fine to go upstairs and use the galley and toilets up there if you are in PE or Economy downstairs too...

Having sat there several times over the years (for free)...It's simply not worth the extra hundred odd quid to me. The value proposition and the novelty factor will make it worth it for some.

The seats are definately nicer in the sense you have the shelf, but the armrests don't go all the way back, so if you're a cuddler it can be a disadvantage.
We're now a family of 4, so sit downstairs.

Exit row in the bubble is really good too and worth the money to us, or are you including those in extra leg room?

I have just paid the extra on our return leg row’s 79 and 80 mainly for the experience for the kids to be on the upper deck but also thinking if it’s quiet might be able to sleep on way home as when we get back to Gatwick we still have a good 2-3 hour onward journey!
