Feeling Meh Meh Meh
Just looking for a kick up the backside really. I just can't seem to get out a rut with weight/exercise. my diet is terrible I drink to much wine and don't exercise. Kids/husband/house/business all get first priority. I just feel Meh... sorry to moan on a Friday night just having a pity party...

I feel your pain, takes me all week to lose a pound and then I eat at the weekend and put it back on, went to Nandos today my sis and son had proper meals and I had a chicken pitta. I’m starving now might have a bowl of shreddies with no sugar!
