Had got ghost walk to look at, i had hoped be up and running as outside...just need the weather to be ok...love a ghost walk. Been a good few years since we've been on one.

Thank you ill see if i can find the book or if there is something like it if not... i have no doubt some of the best dibbers have been born there ... this could be why i have been drawn to book something there when i thought i wanted the dorset coast😉

You'd be amazed at the derivation of some of the "Lane" names but as this is a family forum I'm not going there. After over 16 years on here I value my DIBB membership.

It's a reference to one of the trades that were plied there - and no not The Shambles.

Ha ha ha personally i laugh like a drain...because my mind is usually in the gutter... but i want to hang onto my membership too...

Can you tell me who wrote your snickleways book please Mick? There are some on amazon. Two are by the same person.
