I think mine is a v10 animal. Had it nearly a year. Love it. I use it every day. So helpful when when we have a black dog who seems to shed constantly and two young kids who get crumbs everywhere. I hoovered my 3 year old the other day after she has a sausage roll.

yes we've just bought one. We are still considering whether its worth the money although it is very good and picks up well. A couple of things i don't like... you have to keep your finger on the button (like a gun trigger) for it to work. It is still difficult to push round the luxury carpets - you get 2 heads covering carpet and hard floors. As we have a 35d money back guarantee if you don't like it we may return it and drop down to a Gtech which is half the price

We compared it with the V10 and didn't think the V11 was worth the extra.

Sorry no but just before the summer I got the V10 Absolute and am delighted with it. The best vacuum cleaner I have ever owned.

We have a chocolate Labrador and it is fantastic at picking up all the hair, dust and dirt etc.

I have found it extremely easy to manoeuvre even though you need to keep a finger on the trigger/button.

I have never been so fast at vacuuming before and feel for me it was money well spent.

Got mine on the money back guarantee and would have had no hesitation to send it back if i had just thought it was ok.

We've got the v11 absolute, had it first months and it's great, it comes with a smart head that automatically changes when moving from carpet to hard floors. You can change the suction power with the touch of a button and it tells you how long battery you have left depending on what setting your using.

Yes it's expensive at £599 but I'd still pay it.
