Return flight change - Lost seat booking
A couple of month ago, Virgin informed me that our return flight (09/03/17 MCO to MAN) had been changed from VS076 to VS074. At the time I didn't think much about it.
Just checked the booking and the seat selection that I had made (dibbers row) on VS076 had not been carried over to the new flight VS074. At no time has Virgin informed me that the seat selection was not valid on the changed flight, nor have they refunded me my 50 quid. (2 seats) Sent VA an email yesterday, but yet to get a response. If anyone else has had their flight moved, it is worth while checking your seat reservations. |

We had our flight for next March changed by Virgin. I telephoned them because the change was not acceptable. We got that sorted and the guy I was speaking with volunteered to rebook the seats on the new flight without me having to,pay any more or receiving a refund. Fair enough.
