Have cancelled my AutoEurope booking with Alamo, I had done the OLCI with Alamo, do I also have to contact Alamo as well to cancel or will AutoEurope do it all. Am a bit worried as Alamo have my CC details and didn�t want them to charge me for not picking up the rental.

Hi. I book, cancel, amend etc all the time.

With A.E. you have done all you need to as your contract is with them not Alamo. However always keep cancellation confirmation E Mails.

Totally agree with Tom. I had booked with AE for this year, cancelled (no problem) and no follow on issues either.

It will be fine, but just for your peace of mind, go back onto Alamo.com and enter your Alamo reservation number.

It should come back as being cancelled.
