Anyone work for NewLook?

I did an online cluck and collect for DD on 21st dec, but think i must have made mistake on email as havent had confirmation etc to collect? Do they automatically return uncollected packages for a refund? Do i need email confirmation and ID to collect package? Just wondering if anyone who works there knows?

Hi there,

I also did a click and collect just before Christmas and didn’t receive an email confirmation... I then checked in my new look account and my parcel was ready for collection and had been for a few days ... I think it said they would keep parcels for 10days?
So worth checking your parcel status on your account xx

Just asked my DIL she’s assistant manager here’s her reply :

“They'll need ID to pick up packages. And any packages that aren't collected after ten days should be processed by store as a refund.
But some stores are lazy at doing it. Plus obvs depends where they are as stores closed now?! “
