First time booking a villa..HELP!

Hi everyone,
So we are looking for a 6 bedroom villa for September 2022.
How do we go about booking one? Is there any specific things we should look out for so we know they are reputable owners and its not a scam etc?
We have found a villa called Sun Haven Villa The Dales West Haven which looks beautiful but we are unsure of the process and handing money over to someone who we haven't contacted etc?
Can anyone help

You can put a request right here on the Dibb https://www.thedibb.co.uk/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=93 just click on the link and then click on villa requests at the top of the page and post your requirments.
