Travel between wilderness lodge and Disney Springs

Having returned to golf recently, just played the 2010 Celtic manor course I am looking to fit in a few rounds on our trip. Normally I stick to our resort but thinking about Disney golf and how other family members could spend there time without a car. We stay off site so I was thinking to drop them at Disney Springs or wilderness lodge so they could do some shopping and see the horses at the ranch at wilderness.

Does anyone know how frequent and how long the Disney buses run in between Disney Spring and Wilderness?

The buses run every 20 minutes, all day. Or they could make it into a little tour of the resort area and catck a boat from Spings to a different hotel or to a park and then hop on another boat (or bus) the Wilderness lodge.
The bus will take around 20mins, the tour can take all day if they fancy stopping at each hotel for a look around or some lunch.

Just one say the horse ranch is at Fort Wilderness not Wilderness Lodge. Two separate resorts.
