I'm completely with you here and I've argued that case myself on the phone to a very rude guest service woman.

Just think that as they are both the same number they will just claim it's the same thing (when we know it's not)

Don't forget one is because they have changed the facilities advertised when you booked, and the other is offered to everyone, even those who booked recently knowing about the loss of facilities
