Yep, Goodings is about a 10min walk away at crossroads. It's on the lefthand side of the area

Walking to Downtown is doable but we always just got the Lynx 50 as it's pretty regular and you can stop just before the marketplace end or at Cirque du Soleil end.

The hotel shuttles only stop at the Clarion and the timetable can be found here

We stayed here in October and sorry to say we won't be back. Out beds were infested with ants, literally crawling and the hotel weren't bothered. I eventually demanded I was moved rooms but it was never the same. The pool gate was a piece of plywood, wasn't overly clean but not horrific but still not to my standards. Really bad experience here. Thankfully we had booked nights at hard rock and Disney to escape. You do get what you pay for sadly

Which pool gate was plywood? We've been a few times and even before the refurb the pool gate was a proper metal gate that you had to use your key to get in.

Agreed...I was there in November and no plywood. I'm off again in 3 weeks staying there again. Got a bargain room only booking from Lowcostholidays ...only £240 for a week.

I stayed here in 2011 and we will be there again in may this year. Fabulous budget hotel. Probably the best I've stayed in for the money. As others have said the shuttles are fab and go direct to the parks as I remember, plus they have late ones so you get to stay for the fireworks! Lynx50 right outside also handy if you want to travel at different times. Beds are very comfy! I had no problems with anything at this hotel apart from the fact that house keeping dusted the fake dust off my sons wand box from olivanders! It did make us laugh though!

Not the one with the otter pool the other one. We had a very bad experience it's put us off completely. We had it booked for this year and immediately changed hotels when we got home, which we were sad about because it's location is great but you know what it's like once you have a bad experience it's hard to forgive when you spend so much and sacrifice so much

We stayed here Sept 2012 when we did a budget trip and loved it. Yes it wasn't quite to the amazing standards of a WDW hotel but it was about 2/3 of the price! Would defo recommend and defo go back. Have only ever heard good things from other peeps too

Is there any restaurants that do buffet breakfasts within walking distance?
